I’m pretty sure I started writing before I started walking.

Certainly before I started running (famously walked the mile in high school so slowly that they just asked me to stop.) I have journals dating back to 3rd grade where I detail the complex friendship dynamics of my social circle. And let me tell you, that one bitch definitely did tell my crush that I liked them. 

In 2015 I started a blog called “The Quirky Best Friend” after I was dumped from my high school relationship. For a year and a half I posted weekly blogs about navigating heartbreak while getting back into the dating world. The blog gained a 10,000 reader following and allowed me to start taking myself seriously as a writer. 

From 2018-2022 I worked on writing Big Egg.
